- We will reply within 2-3 business days with a sketch, a quote, and an estimated completion time.
- 💰 Pricing & Deposit
Custom orders typically start at $45 and go up depending on materials and complexity.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin crafting your piece. The remaining 50% plus shipping is due upon completion. - ⏱️ Production Time
Please allow 10-15 business days for design, crafting, and quality check. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee — just ask us. - 🔄 Returns & Exchanges on Custom Orders
Because each custom piece is made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We will of course fix any quality issues at no extra cost. - 📸 See Your Piece Before It Ships
