You may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. - 📦 How to Start a Return

We will send you return instructions and the return address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. - 💸 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
This ensures you get your perfect bracelet as quickly as possible.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. - ❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: - Worn or altered items
- Items not in original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will cover the return shipping. - ⏱️ Late Returns
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense. - ✈️ International Returns
For international returns, please clearly mark “RETURN” on the outside of the package to avoid customs delays.
